How to Redeem Offer

We try to make redeeming the offers in our Marketplace as easy and simple as possible. Usually it is just clicking ‘Redeem Offer’, going through ‘Checkout’, paying then waiting a short time to get the awesome product.

Enter all information required including the username of the person that referred you if asked, then click ‘Place Order’;
You will get a confirmation email, then another email from Yontras or our Partner taking you through the process of getting you set up with the service on offer;
You may be sent an agreement to sign or asked to set up a meeting, after which your redeeming of the service will be fully completed.

Payments

For products or services with a recurring monthly, quarterly or yearly payment, the first payment may be taken by Yontras, then depending on the agreement with our Partner, all subsequent payments will be paid direct to the Partner after the agreement is set up.

If payment has been taken by Yontras but the Redeeming of the Offer is not completed, Yontras will issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Referral Rewards

Reward for referring: £50

If you refer this offer and it is redeemed though the referral, you will get this amount in your Yontras Referrers Area. This can then be paid out in cash once the total balance is over the minimum for payout.

The reward for redeeming: £50 credit

As a customer redeeming this offer, you will need to sign up for a Yontras account in order to get this reward. Once the order is complete you will receive this amount in your YontrasWallet which can then be withdrawn or used as store credit.

Approval of the reward

The reward should appear in the Yontras account under the Referrers Area within 48 hours of the customer redeeming the offer. At this point this will be a ‘Pending’ reward but can be used by both the customer and the Referrer to indicate the reward they will be getting. Once the customer completes the redeeming of the offer and has fully completed the transaction with the Partner, including any cooling off periods, the reward can be approved. Once approved, the reward can be accessed. This means, depending on the total amount in the account, it can be withdrawn or used to redeem other offers according to the guidelines set out by Yontras.
